Inbound call handling
Answers calls on the business's existing numbers, responds to routine enquiries and routes the rest to the right person.
Conversational voice agents that answer and place calls over ordinary phone lines: enquiries, bookings, order capture and follow-ups, with every call logged as structured data for the business and its accounts.
What a voice agent does
Each agent is built around one business's call flows, scripts and data. It is not a generic chatbot placed on a phone line.
Answers calls on the business's existing numbers, responds to routine enquiries and routes the rest to the right person.
Checks availability, confirms bookings and writes them straight into the calendar or booking system.
Takes orders by phone against a live menu or price list, confirms them back to the caller and records them in a structured format.
Places scheduled calls for appointment reminders, payment follow-ups and compliance deadlines, and records the outcome of each call.
Conversations in English, Hindi, Bengali and other Indian languages, with the agent following the caller's choice of language.
Transcripts, call summaries and captured fields flow into a CRM, Dataverse or spreadsheet, so every conversation leaves an audit trail.
How it connects
The architecture keeps the business's phone numbers and systems. The agent is added as a layer, not a replacement.
Existing numbers, SIP trunks or the office PBX. Calls are forwarded or bridged, so the number does not change.
Asterisk or a cloud telephony provider carries the audio in real time and handles transfers to staff.
A real-time speech model listens, reasons and replies in natural voice, with voice-activity detection for natural turn-taking.
The agent reads and writes live data: menus, price lists, calendars, CRM records and order books.
Each call is logged with transcript and outcome, and reported on dashboards for review.
Design principles
Phone calls carry financial information: orders, amounts, customer details and commitments. A voice agent that captures them is part of the business's record-keeping, so it is designed the way an accountant designs a process.
Every captured field has a defined destination and format. Totals are confirmed back to the caller. Exceptions go to a person instead of being guessed. Call data stays in the client's own cloud environment, with access controls and retention set in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

FAQ
Yes. Calls are forwarded or bridged from the existing number or PBX to the agent, so callers use the same number. Where the PBX is managed by a third party, options include a SIP trunk, registering the agent as an extension, or carrier-level call diversion.
English and major Indian languages, including Hindi and Bengali. The agent can switch to the caller's language during the conversation.
It transfers the call to a staff member or takes a message with the caller's details. Transfer rules are set during design, so the agent never makes up an answer it does not have.
In the client's own cloud project or CRM, not on a shared platform. Retention periods and access rights are agreed at the design stage.
Yes. Scheduled outbound calls, such as appointment or payment reminders, can be placed from a list, and the outcome of each call is recorded.
