Power Apps, Power Automate& Dynamics 365.

Business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, from data capture apps and approval workflows to CRM configuration and Outlook integration, designed with the controls and audit trail a finance function expects.

Capabilities

What gets built.

Power Platform is the fastest way for many businesses to replace spreadsheets and email chains with governed applications.

01

Power Apps

Canvas and model-driven apps for data capture, daily performance tracking, approvals and field work, responsive across desktop, tablet and phone.

02

Power Automate

Cloud flows for approvals, scheduled reports, reconciliations, document routing and email automation, built to work within Exchange sending limits.

03

Dataverse

Data models with defined tables, relationships, security roles and auditing, so the application holds data the way a ledger does.

04

Dynamics 365

Configuration of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service: entities, forms, views, business rules and dashboards.

05

Outlook & Exchange

Server-side email synchronisation, tracking emails against records, shared mailboxes and controlled bulk communications.

06

Integration

Connections with SAP, Tally, Excel, SharePoint and external APIs, so data moves between systems without re-keying.

Governance

Built to survive an audit.

Low-code tools make it easy to build an app. The harder part is building one that a finance team, an auditor and an IT administrator will all accept.

Applications are built in separate development, test and production environments and moved between them as managed solutions. Changes are tested before they reach live data. Security roles follow the principle of least access, and field-level auditing records who changed what and when.

Where an application touches money (collections, expenses, commissions, performance incentives), its calculations are designed to reconcile with the books.

Engagement

How an engagement runs.

  1. Process mapping

Documenting the current process, its data, approvals and control points.

  2. Data model

Designing Dataverse tables, relationships and security roles before any screen is built.

  3. Build

Apps and flows developed in a dedicated development environment.

  4. User acceptance

Testing with the people who will use the app, in a separate test environment.

  5. Deployment & handover

Release to production as a managed solution, with documentation and user training.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we need Dynamics 365 licences, or is Power Apps enough?

Many business applications run on Power Apps with Dataverse alone. Dynamics 365 licences are needed only when the Sales or Customer Service applications themselves are used. Licensing is assessed at the design stage, before anything is built.

Can Power Platform connect to SAP or Tally?

Yes. SAP connects through Microsoft's SAP connectors or scheduled data exports. Tally connects through its XML/ODBC interfaces or exported registers. See the SAP finance data page for more.

Who owns the application?

The client. Everything is built in the client's own Microsoft 365 tenant and environments, and the solution files and documentation are handed over.

Can Power Automate send bulk emails?

Yes, within Exchange Online limits. Flows are paced so that mailboxes are not throttled, and every message sent is logged against the related record.

Will the app work on mobile?

Yes. Canvas apps can be built responsive for desktop, tablet and phone, and model-driven apps run in the Power Apps mobile app.
